Entry fees
• £149 Early Bird discounted fee (First 30 bookings before 4th October 2015)
• £165 Returning ROF runners (anyone who has entered ROF 2012-2015 - bookings before 30th November 2015)
• £165 Snowdon marathon finishers (anyone who has completed the 2015 Snowdon marathon - bookings before 30th November 2015)
• £185 Standard race fee (All bookings from 1st December 2015)

Closing date
We are closing the race for new applications at midnight on 1st July 2016. We are likely to sell out well before this.
Waiting List
Opens as soon as we reach 150 sign-ups. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis.
Refund policy
If you need to withdraw before the event:
60% refund until 1st July 2016
30% refund until 1st September 2016
Free transfers to another runner is available until 1 July 2016
Rollovers and substitute names
We do not allow 'roll over' entries to following years. It's only fair to treat each entry on a first come first served basis to ensure everyone has the same fair chance of gaining entry.
Rules
1. You must be aged 18 or over on race day.
2. Your running number must be clearly visible at all times (on the FRONT of the body) to enable our marshals to record your times.
3. You must follow the Ring O’ Fire marked trail at all times. Disqualification and humiliation follows those caught cheating.
4. You must report in at all checkpoints. If you inadvertently miss a checkpoint you will incur a three-hour time penalty, which will be added to your time at the end of the Stage. If this takes you over the Stage time limit for that day you will be disqualified.
5. You must collect a page from every honest book and deliver it to the next checkpoint. If you inadvertently miss an honest book or lose the page you will incur a three-hour time penalty, which will be added to your time at the end of the Stage. If this takes you over the Stage time limit for that day you will be disqualified.
6. If we have reasonable evidence that you deliberately missed a checkpoint or honest book you will be disqualified.
7. This is a foot race and cut-off times will be strictly enforced. Day 1 must be completed within 11 hours. Day 2 must be completed within 22 hours. Day 3 must be completed within 11.5 hours. You will be disqualified if you fail to reach a checkpoint within the designated time.
8. There will be a full waiver of liability to sign at registration. You cannot complete the event without signing this waiver.
9. If you retire from the event for any reason you must inform the nearest checkpoint and the Race Directors.
10. You must carry the mandatory equipment.
11. Pacers are not allowed.
12. Crews are permitted and encouraged for all runners.
